The store sells products to adult individuals and companies in Finland. The association is not subject to VAT, so the products are sold without VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.
Ordering
The products are ordered in the online store by transferring them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the online payment service. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or to clarify any ambiguities in it, unless otherwise stated. When ordering from the online store, you are required to read and commit to the delivery terms in force at the time.
Payment and payment methods
Paytrail is a secure payment service provider for you. We have a payment institution license issued by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority. The service is maintained by Paytrail Oyj (business ID 2122839-7) and is part of the Nets organization.
The Paytrail payment service forwards your payment to the merchant. If Paytrail Oyj appears on your bank or card statement, we have handled your payment.
The online store acts as the marketer of the products and services and as the supplier of items to the customer. The online store is responsible for the legal requirements and other obligations related to the transaction. If you have a complaint or want return a product/service, you should contact the online store directly where the product/service was ordered.
When an online store uses Paytrail’s payment service, you will find a description of the service on their website usually in their terms and conditions.
Payment Service Provider
Paytrail Oyj is a collecting payment service provider and an authorized Payment Institution working in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Oyj will forward the payment to the merchant. For complaints, please contact the website the payment was made to.

Online banking
You can use all Finnish banks with either the eBanking interfaces or open banking interfaces offered by the banks. You can pay with any of the online Finnish banks: Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Osuuspankki, POP Bank, Säästöpankki, S-pankki and Ålandsbanken. Paytrail Oyj will appear on your statement as the payee, we will forward your payment to the online business. From the online store, you will be redirected to your own bank to make a payment securely.
Cards
You can pay online with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit and American Express cards. The online store uses international authentication services Verified by Visa, Mastercard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey.
Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on the card statement and forwards the card payment paid by the consumer directly to the merchant. Card payments are made securely using a secure payment form, and card information is not stored in e-commerce systems.
Mobile payments
Mobile payment applications Pivo, MobilePay and Siirto enable you to pay for online purchases by online bank transfer or card payment by accepting the payment in the application.
Pivo also accepts Siirto payments, so the payment can be accepted in any application that supports Siirto. Apple Pay is a digital wallet that works on all Apple devices allowing you to pay for purchases using saved card information.
Buy now, pay later
Buy now, pay later services through Paytrail are provided by OP, Walley, and Jousto.
When you accept the payment, please read the specific terms for each finance company. By accepting the payment, you are also accepting the terms and conditions of the finance company. Terms and conditions are provided by the finance companies and are only in Finnish.

Order and payment confirmation
Once we have received your order, we will send you an order confirmation email showing your order details. Always check the contents of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service immediately. Save your order confirmation if you need to contact customer service. When dealing with customer service, always keep your possible customer number and order number available. Always check that the contents of the package match the products on the order confirmation.

Delivery costs and customs
Delivery costs
3,90 € / 6,90 € / 9,90 € or more depending on weight (in Finland)
Delivery costs include postage and packaging costs. In connection with the shopping cart, there is an estimate of future delivery costs according to the primary delivery method in use (in Finland). You can see the actual delivery costs after selecting the desired payment and delivery method for the order. The delivery methods used depend on the contents and total weight of the Shopping Cart. From the delivery methods available at the checkout, you can choose the option that suits you best, in which case the exact delivery cost is presented.
Delivery time
The delivery time is about 5 days (in Finland) when the order is delivered by post. The pick-up schedule is determined by the time of the events. Exceptions to delivery time estimates are stated if the shopping cart has out of stock products. We will also notify you of any delays.
We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect inconvenience caused by delays. We will inform you about different delivery times on the online store website.
Return terms
Right of cancellation
The customer has the right to cancel this agreement within 14 days without giving a reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the customer has received the last consignment or, in the case of downloadable products, from the moment of receipt of the order.
In order to exercise the right of cancellation, the subscriber must indicate his/her decision to cancel the contract in an unambiguous manner (for example by e-mail or post).
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for the subscriber to send a notice of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.
Effects of cancellation
If the customer cancels this agreement, we will refund all payments received from the customer, including delivery costs, upon receipt of the returned products. Returned products must be unused and in good condition for sale. We will make the refund using the payment method used by the subscriber in the original purchase transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. There is no cost to the subscriber for refunding payments.
The customer must return the ordered products without delay and no later than 14 days after the cancellation notice. The time limit has been complied with if the goods have been returned before the expiry of that 14-day period.
The customer will have to bear the direct cost of returning.

Non-picked delivery
An unclaimed shipment is not a return under the Consumer Protection Act. The post office retains the parcels for a certain period of time, after which the parcel is returned to the sender. We charge a postage and handling fee of € 15 for non-picked domestic shipments in connection with a refund. If the subscriber wants re-delivery for the returned order, the subscriber must place a new order in the online store.
Problems with delivery
Applicable law and dispute resolution
Finnish law applies to any trade/agreement disputes between the customer and the Power Prayer online store. Disputes are handled in Finnish courts. In the event of a dispute, the consumer may refer a trade dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiations to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). In addition, the consumer has the right to take the dispute to a court, ie the district court, to the Länsi-Uusimaa district court.
Immaterial rights
All images and texts (product images, texts, videos, logos, etc.) in the Power Prayer online store are the property of Power Prayer association and/or its partners. Unauthorized use or copying of images and text is prohibited.
